I've seen braised beef short ribs everywhere final vacation season, and I really wanted to share my famous EASY Korean Braised Brusque Ribs, Galbijjim. This is the best, my queens. This is the merely recipe you will e'er need for curt ribs!

Korean Braised Beef Short Ribs
- Total Time: 1 hour 40 minutes

- 1 loving cup honey or iii/iv loving cup sugar
- 3/four cup red wine or rice wine

Instructions

Please clarify the corporeality of pepper. The recipe says 1 i/2. Teaspoons (my estimate) or Tablespoons?

I program on making this on xmas. For ruby wine, is it the cooking reddish wine or bodily red wine? ( empty-headed question ) Otherwise this is a stunning dish and I actually enjoy all the recipes that you lot post! I take fabricated a few from yours and they turned out soo good, that there were barely any left overs lol. 🙂

Made half the recipe for Christmas and it came out soo delicious. Definitely saving this recipe for the hereafter, because my family just loves information technology.
