Today's challenge is exercise.

Exercise is such a vital function of a practiced cocky-care regimen. You might have realized that I dear to run and practice a lot of outdoor physical activities. For me it's been important to have variety in my workouts, and company sometimes too. Given how social I am, it's a big motivator. I think this is true for a lot of people.

Wed evenings I normally nourish a rail workout with my running society.
